The Silver Lining Action Plan is a business method that takes a small business with revenues between $100,000 and $2,00,000 through a process of evaluating their business model, setting one-year financial goals, building out the action plan to hit those goals and then proving the resources and accountability to ensure the goals are met.


Our partner came to us with the idea of digitizing the control process of SLAP implementation. The goal was to compile all the data and communications into a single web application. As a result, we came up with a cloud-based and mobile-friendly online tool that is the master control center for building and executing a SLAP business method. It includes a customer portal and admin dashboard which help ensure the realization of SLAP and facilitate communication between Silver Lining and its customers, personal report system which enables customers to monitor their progress, social login and payment system to streamline user's interactions with the application.
