Hey 👋

I’m Nataliia, the Project Manager leading the Iterius development team.
As PM, I was responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and ensuring on-time delivery of all key milestones across this AI-enabled HRTech platform.

And I want to tell you the key points that my team and I encountered during our work.

I’m proud to share the story behind Iterius – one of our most transformative digital products in AI-Driven HR and talent management.

Iterius was designed for a mid-sized company scaling its operations and HR processes. The goal was to create a single intelligent AI-powered platform that covered everything from applicant tracking and onboarding to advanced employee analytics and resource planning. The client emphasized simplicity, speed, and adaptability — and that shaped every sprint, decision, and delivery. We aimed to build not just a tool but a long-term ecosystem for modern HR excellence.

A core challenge in Iterius was building a platform that offers deep process flexibility without sacrificing clarity. Each company can fully adapt workflows, analytics, and team structures to their needs, yet everything remains intuitive and transparent. From hiring pipelines to timesheet logic, all modules are easily configurable through a clean admin layer.

Performance was another priority. With AI-driven matching, automated scoring, and real-time dashboards, we optimized data handling with background processing, lazy loading, and clear UI responses, ensuring a smooth experience even at peak loads.  We also placed a strong focus on system architecture. By designing loosely coupled functional blocks, our team ensured that new modules could be added or scaled independently, reducing risks and speeding up delivery across sprints.

Recruitment Automation: Interview Scheduling syncs with Google Calendar, handling time zones and buffers. Hiring Pipelines offer a Kanban interface with drag-and-drop stages. Email and Telegram notifications keep teams updated in real time.
Employee Lifecycle & Core HR: Digital Profiles store contracts, reviews, history, and skill matrices. RBAC ensures secure access with full activity tracking. Onboarding Workflows assign tasks based on role or department.
Analytics & Feedback: Dashboards track key metrics like time-to-hire and turnover. AI-powered Pulse Surveys identify trends in engagement and well-being. Predictive analytics flag retention risks early. Report Builder offers visual and exportable custom reports.
Modular Configuration: Activate only the needed modules: ATS, onboarding, surveys, leave tracking. Customize terms, workflows, and approval logic via the admin panel.
