I am Natali, Project Manager at Blaster.ai
In this project I led the development of a custom AI-supported platform for a German enterprise client. The product we built now powers their entire software delivery cycle. From first client contact to a working MVP, everything runs faster, smoother, and with less manual effort.

And I want to tell you the key points that my team and I encountered during our work.

Our client is a large digital services company in Germany. They deliver custom websites and business applications for other companies. Their problem was not lack of demand but an outdated workflow. Sales was overloaded, business analysts wrote everything manually, and handoffs between teams were slow and error prone.

We were asked to build a system that would bring structure, automation, and transparency to their internal processes. The result is Blaster, an AI-enhanced platform that connects every stage of the development journey into one continuous flow. From first conversation with a potential client to final MVP delivery, the entire cycle is now clear, traceable, and significantly faster.

Slow and manual scoping
Sales teams were spending up to 15 hours per lead preparing documentation. With Blaster, AI captures client needs, builds a draft specification, and hands it off to a human expert for quick validation.

Lack of visibility for clients
Clients could not see what was being built until the final delivery. We added real time previews, AI generated UI flows, and a live demo environment where clients can comment and review progress throughout the process.
