Nowadays we speak a lot about great benefits of outsourcing. We all know that choosing a right outsourcing provider you may achieve great time and cost savings, new experience, flexibility and so on. But is it always so good? Let's have a look at some situation when outsourcing won't bring you any profits and even may cause great harm.

Do not outsource when:

1. It is your core advantage. If your customer relation service is your competitive advantage – never outsource it. Always do yourself what you do best of all, and outsource those tasks that you don't like or that take too much time or money.

2. You want to control every detail. If you like to keep strict control or this is some important task that should be controlled – better to keep it in house. Outsource flexible tasks, when only result but not the process is most important. For example, website development – you do not need to control the whole process, what you need is the result, and it is easily checked even when outsourced.

3. These tasks are connected with some legal issues. This is too serious question to put into other hands. Moreover if your outsourcing provider is situated in another country, he will obey to laws of his country and not yours.

4. It is connected with corporate culture and in house personnel management. You know your people better than everyone, you may hire someone to help you, but never outsource this issues completely.

5. It influences the whole operation. Outsourcing always has some aspect of unpredictability, so it's better not to rely on it if it is the most important task, only in case if you have a 100% proven provider.

Make right choice and gain benefits!
